Job Description

LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Parkesburg is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. As part of a highly productive team, consisting of 3 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider, delivery of comprehensive, quality care for patients of all ages – from newborns to geriatrics is our focus. Our team based care approach ensures patients receive the highest standard of care with direct access to services to meet each patient’s needs.

Hours: Part-time hours (20 hours/week). Position includes one evening/week and on-call rotation every 5 weeks.

Job Requirements

Nurse Practitioner

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania

• Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse

• Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty required

• Minimum one-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred

Job Requirements

Physician Assistant

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by PA Board of Medicine

• Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant training program

• Minimum one-year experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred
